What Does Your Warranty Cover? Any defect in material or workmanship

What Will We Do? Provide you with a new toilet paper cover, with the exception of those toilet paper covers still
under warranty, but no longer available. Just A Cover, Inc. reserves the right to replace with a similar Just A Cover,
Inc., toilet paper cover of equal or greater value.
How Do You Make A Warranty Claim? 1. Save your receipt. 2. If there is a defect in material or workmanship within
30 days of purchase, send an email to Just A Cover, Inc. customer service using the email address of
info@justacover.com, at which time a representative from Just A Cover, Inc. shall reply to your email with an
authorization code, and instructions for return of the cover. Handling and transportation costs are not covered by
this limited warranty, and are the responsibility of the owner.
Return Policy. Due to the nature of the product, no returns will be allowed and all sales are final unless there is a
defect in material or workmanship.
Terms and Conditions. This warranty shall be governed by the State of Illinois, USA. To the extent that this warranty
is found not to be enforceable, it shall be deemed revised to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. Any
warranty or controversy claim arising out of or relating to this warranty or its interpretation shall be governed by the
State of Illinois, USA. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this warranty, its interpretation or any
alleged breach thereof, which cannot be amicably settled between Just A Cover, Inc., and the owner within sixty (60)
days of written notice by the aggrieved party to the other, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration submitted to
three (3) arbitrators selected from the panels of the arbitrators of the American Arbitrary Association located closest
to Just A Cover, Inc.’s principal place of business, with each party to pay its own costs.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, assembly or installation, repairs made by
others, accident, misuse or abuse. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state or province to province. This warranty is in lieu of other warranty or condition, whether
express or implied, written or oral, including, without limitation, any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Just A Cover, Inc., and the product manufacturer expressly disclaim all responsibility
for special, incidental, and consequential damages or losses caused by use of the cover. Any liability is expressly
limited to an amount equal to the purchase price paid whether a claim, however instituted, is based on contract,
indemnity, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. Some states or provinces do not allow this
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.
This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and if you follow the warranty claim procedure as noted.
